Loved this. So relaxing and wholesome, and I love literally every character. Amazing how they were able to make this from a manga where most chapters are around 5 pages long. I recommend reading it to everyone too. ...except that they adapted all currently translated chapters (I just checked, not a manga reader). So read it if you know Japanese :p
I want to watch more iyashikei (healing-type) anime now. Thankfully we have Yuru Camp△ Season 3 next season!

The two tree spirits are too adorable! It's cute how they continued to play telephone despite literally being on the same bench, but I'm glad the boy spirit finally worked up the courage to confess. The two smiling at each other with Mr. Villain sandwiched between them was such a wholesome moment.

Then there's me who isn't really interested in their story. I did find it amusing when they were using Mr Villain as a messenger lol.

It was nice how the montage at the end featured every character that appeared, that was a sweet gesture.

I'm glad we got to see Evil Organization vs Rangers in the finale, it was interesting to see Pink uses her fists. I also like how Mr Villain interrupts Red and just jumps into battle.

That scene with Daddy Black was so sweet, I like how he changed his screen image to his kids, it's unfortunate Pink couldn't be a part of it.

C-108 being a tsundere whilst looking completely at home was amusing, I'm sure he'll "reluctantly" enjoy his home life.

Personal thoughts:
To be frank this has to be the best SoL and sole comfy anime of this season where's A Sign of Affection has to be the most sweet wholesome romance (imo) and It's Torture Time Princess being the most moe blob with comedy of the season.
Now to be fair this is like another "Too Cute Crises" base idea put in a different way and by different ways!! We have a male lead with his daily life and his soul weakness is pandas.
Also lets put Super Sentai Rangers in the mix and make this serialize piece.
Yep it is!

As far as story goes it's just daily life of high rank military alien official living on earth trying to take over or what ever but also researching and fights the rangers. Story wise it's simple and easy to get into but very wholesome and not really boring but some aspects can be dull.

Now for the art.. The art style feels a lot like a shoujo than a shounen base. the animation quality seems to change valiantly from well detailed to simple standard touch ins. Which I believe it's done on purpose not cause of budget but when needed and parts of this ep feels like a 4-koma sequence which is nice.

All the characters and dynamics of them are pretty nice and impactful (not forgettable for me with anyone of them). We get calm wholesome moments to hit in the feels with like the rangers backstory's and the spirit children that get even gets me emotional with.

The OP and ED are nice but very forgettable but interactions of each character and the simple daily odd life story is the most memorable of this.

This is a heavy sleeper and so is Dog Signal being major hidden gems and I give this a 8/10.

That was a nice ending to this slice of life show, and the spirits finally getting to talk to each other was adorable.

Guyssss I loved this anime wayyyy more than I thought it would! I'm so sad to see it end! I hope we get another season, and I'm probably gonna end up reading the manga :]

I loved that they played the full version of the OP while incorporating characters and pieces from all the previous episodes, it's such a cozy, full-circle way to wrap up the season. I'm so glad iyashikei animes are on the rise because then we get gems like this, that are extremely well-balanced in their relaxing, comedic and emotional moments. I would watch another five seasons of this if I could

Tsundere cats are on the rise lol, first Hakutou from My New Boss is Goofy and now C-018 (nickname pending) 😂

The robo cat reminds me of the cat from the anime My new boss is goofy.. any way, i am sad i will not see the general gushing about pandas and cute stuff.. if ever there will be a season 2, i would be estatic

this anime provided us with the only character that gets lost more than Zoro (one piece) and that is red ranger dawn

And here marks the end of our favourite Villain on his Day Off! I have to say that I enjoyed this one more than I expected! Ranger Black is definitely the coolest one of them all, too bad he cannot catch a break - he is like me working for my current company, sleep is almost inexistent. Ranger Red is basically Zoro's long lost son who keeps getting lost and ends up helping others by accident lol! I so much loved the "Whisper Whisper Whisper" scenes where those 2 spirits kept communicating to each other - it feels like without the 2 cans and the string, they decided to use Mr Villain as the phone instead :))))))! He also decided to keep the cat in the end, so wholesome! And then of course the ending, where he cherishes his day off no matter what! We had a good anime here, too bad there were just so many better ones this season, like Ao No Exorcist and Kusurya no Apothecary for this one to get a higher grade, otherwise I would have put it at the top of my list! The story was chill and fun for me to enjoy on MY day off on Sunday; the characters mostly likeable, except for Pink; the conversations mostly calm but funny on the sides; and the final episode really ended it solid! I would definitely watch a second season if there will be one!

Overall Score: 8/10! Sayonara, Mr. Villain! :)

Its so good to see the scenes from the opening actually animated for the last episode. The story with Sakura Girl and that boy was so cute and adorable. I'm glad they can be together now. Best ending of the season so far

This is one of the animes that doesn't get a second season, but we've been surprised in the past so here's hoping we get it
